According to the AMC23 Ltd. registration documents, the company was incorporated on 26 October 2021 and the nature of business offered is “Fund management activities”. The CEO of AMC23 Ltd is Alexander JAMES, and the company address is 64a Cumberland Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH3 6RE.
However the reality is that these UK registrations are easy to obtain and poorly regulated as it relates to legal enforcement. The standard registration fee to set up a company is only £12 for the ‘standard’ Companies House web incorporation service, which takes up to 24 hours to turnaround. You can pay via credit card, debit card or PayPal.
The address on the website is the address of a virtual office offered for just £40.00 per year. This virtual office service is offered here. According to WHOIS domain directory, the domain name AMC23.com is registered for 4 years.
Their are no digital footprints online for the CEO Alexander James or any of the staff listed on the AMC 23 Limited website. The names and photographs listed on their website are “stock” photographs and the names are false. For instance, we conducted a search online of the photographs of their management team; the origin of the photograph of Adam Osman can be found here on ShutterStock.
The address on the website is the address of a virtual office offered for just £25.00 per month. This virtual office service is offered here. According to WHOIS domain directory, the domain name AMC23.com is registered for 4 years.
AMC23 Limited is registered as Fund management and services such as FOREX and Crypt-currency trading. However, there is no verifiable proof listed anywhere on their website to show how profits are being generated.
Conclusion
AMC23 Ltd is performing well at this time based on my personal experience. However it is a High Yield Investment Program which means that there is HIGH risk of loss involved. These types of programs do perform well at the beginning to entice more investors to join and make investments. A daily earning between 4% to 5% is very high and not sustainable especially because no proof of profits from trading or mining exists. More than likely the deposits from new members is being used to pay withdrawals by older members.
Once the membership and new investments slows down, the company will collapse and payouts will cease. The reality is not IF the program will collapse or turn scam but WHEN or HOW SOON. If you intend to Join AMC23 Limited or use similar types of programs, the key is to join early to get a profit and get your “seed money” out as quickly as possible. Be hopeful but only invest what you can afford to lose.
You can make good returns on your investment with AMC23 Limited; however the possibility exist to also lose some or all of your money. I have used similar programs like this before such as Minerift Limited, AX Trader and Bit Plam, the latter of which had almost the same website layout. I suspect the same owners may be behind AMC23 Limited.
Minerift offered between 5% and 11%, however they shut down before the 30 day period, as a result a lot of investors lost money. AMC23 is offering lower daily percentages return on investment; so it may be able to last beyond the 30 day to 40 day period if the owner does not get too greedy and shut down too early.
Bit Plam offered the same plan as AMC23. The website content of AMC23 is also a replica of the Bit Plam high yield investment program. BitPlam lasted for about 3 months before it collapsed; it started on 16 September 2021 and stopped paying members around the 20 November 2021. Those who joined and deposited early made a profit. However a lot of persons joined later and lost their money. The website is still online; members who lost money still visit the website and reinvest the money from their backoffice which they are unable to withdraw. Hence, it appears that fresh money is being deposited into the program. Click here to see recent BitPlam transactions. Considering the exact similarities, AMC23 may last for the same amount of time as BitPlam did. As a result, you may be able to successfully complete a cycle and get a good profit if you join early within the first 15-20 days. However HYIP’s are very unpredictable because we don’t know the mindset of the owner.
Another good thing about AMC23 is that the domain name is registered for 4 years and not 1 year as most of these platforms do. However I highly doubt AMC23 will last anywhere near the 4 year period. Domain name registration is very cheap, only $10 to $20 per year. Therefore registering a domain name for extended period is not a reason for you to carelessly dump money into AMC23 Limited. Bitplam domain name was also registered for 4 years, but it stopped paying members after 3 months.
Programs such as AMC 23 Limited should not be used as a means of earning income, see them as a gamble. You can win or lose. The owners of these platforms are unknown and they are not loyal to no one but themselves.
